We have set an approximately 2.5ct portrait cut moissanite over an insanely detailed anatomical heart. The side gems are natural black diamonds and they have a combined weight of approximately .50cts. This ring is inspired by antique shadowboxes that held plant and animal specimens. The ring is cast in solid 14k yellow gold.

The ring shown in the photos is the one you will receive, it is a size 7 and ready to ship. It can be sized up or down within 1 size. 

The ring measures 23mm's wide at the top and the band is about 2mm's wide.
