Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original SwankMetalsmithing gift box and use a padded mailer to ensure the jewelry is protected during transit.
Shipping Your Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or send the package via a trackable carrier to our studio address.
Refund Processing
Once our metalsmiths inspect the item for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
